Convene

Azeus developed the Convene software with a clear goal in mind: to help customers save time, effort, and cost by streamlining the board meeting process. To help it achieve this goal, Azeus did a lot.

First up, it made Convene available for a variety of platforms: Google’s Android mobile operating system, Apple’s Mac OS X and iOS, Microsoft’s Windows operating system. Alongside these applications there’s a Convene web app or a Convene meeting and document management portal that can be used to view & schedule meetings and to manage a document library.

Next up, Azeus made Convene incredibly easy to use. The aforementioned Convene portal can be accessed from anywhere; and once you’re in, you can easily view exiting meetings, conveniently schedule new meetings, and efficiently upload and manage documents. The Convene application for Windows has a good looking and easy to use interface; from this interface you can view meetings, join meetings, access documents, and start a quick meeting.

And last but not least, Azeus gave Convene some very useful features: schedule meetings, join meetings, invite others to join meetings; manage documents, present and share documents to others; built-in support for common document formats; review resolutions, minutes, action items; enterprise-grade encryption, authentication, and authorization; hand, freehand, highlight, notes, eraser tool.

Formerly known as Anywhere Pad, the Azeus-developed Convene software is meant to streamline the board meeting process and thus save time, effort, and cost.
